"In the summer of 2007 we began a home renovation that was the result of a successful redesign of our home by Chuck Mills Residential Design and Development Inc.  With several consultations Chuck developed a creative layout that incorporated all of our requests.  In particular, he paid attention to our desire to minimize any sunlight lost by our addition, and he also developed plans that successfully incorporated custom millwork that was part of a previous renovation.

In short, Chuck Mills listened to us, the clients, and the result was a very successful collaboration.  Our intent was to create an addition that appeared ‘seamless’ from the street, and that is exactly what was achieved.  Two years later we still have passers-by compliment Chuck Mills’ design and tell us that it fits into the neighborhood beautifully.
